Leno bags are the ideal solution for packaging and portioning vegetables, fruits or any other fresh goods, due to the easy ventilation of the package.

Most commonly used to package potatoes, it can also be used for carrots, onions, corn or citrus fruits, as well as many other fresh goods.

The net structure allows the consumer to check the product quality and freshness, also ensuring that the goods remain ventilated, preventing the formation of moisture or condensation which could compromise the quality.

The bags are lightweight, with good tensile and burst strength and made with heavy metals free pigments, making them safe to use in direct contact with food products.

The most used colours are red, yellow, white and transparent, but other colours can be provided if necessary, for easier identification of products.

Our bags are provided in many sizes, with 5kg to 50kg load capacity, depending on the products to be packed.

Rashel bags on roll are suitable for packaging of fresh goods, in an automatic or mechanical packaging line.

Potatoes and onions are the main goods normally packed using bags on rolls, but also citrus, corn, carrots and other goods can be packed.

Stretch film is commonly used to accommodate products in pallets or packaging, protecting and holding the load during transportation.

Due to the stretching and strength qualities of this film, it allows the users to get a tighter and more efficient load comparing to other solutions.

The stretch film can be applied by hand, with 17, 20 or 23 microns of thickness, or by machine, with 15, 17, 20 or 23 microns of thickness.

The most common colour used is transparent, providing a clear packaging solution, but hand rolls can also be provided in black.

Stretch film is a great solution when the products need to be protected from natural elements, with the capability to secure the load even in extreme conditions.

Bag sewing thread is the solution when it comes to closing a wide variety of bags, such as polypropylene or net bags, for all types of industrial or agricultural goods.

It can be applied with both hand held and automated sewing machines, reducing the time and costs of the packaging.

This bag closing thread is 100% polyester so there is less residue in the bag closer than a cotton thread, preventing from any machinery issues.

Our sewing thread is manufactured using modern machinery and processes to ensure smooth colour and better surface finishing, allowing for a better thread run.

Due to the premium grade polyester used, this thread features high breaking strength, ensuring that the thread will also hold up better outdoors.

The thread is provided in a clean white colour, with three different sizes of cones: 200g for hand held machines and 2,5kg or 5kg for fully automated sewing machines.

BAG SEWING THREAD

Pallet net wrap is the solution when ventilation of the products is necessary, in order to prevent the formation of moisture which could compromise the quality of the goods.

The net structure allows for a great accommodation and stability of the goods, due to the elasticity and elongation of the material, with great adaptability to corners or round products.

In comparison to other wrapping options, the pallet net wrap can provide ventilation to the package, in hot or cold conditions, preventing from the formation of moisture or condensation, keeping the freshness of the goods for a longer time.

The pallet net wrap can be easily applied with hand wrappers or stretch wrapping machinery, being available in hand rolls or automatic rolls.

The hand roll comes in a roll with 0,5 meters in width and 1000 meters in length and the automatic roll comes in a roll with 0,5 meters in width and 3000 meters in length.

Usually, the pallet net wrap rolls come in white or transparent, allowing the producers to use labels and printings that are still visible when palletized.
